The A To Z Services Group was established in Qatar in 2003, following over 25 years of successful facilities management service provision in other parts of the Middle East.

In its two decades of operation in Qatar, the company grew from a handful of employees to over 8,000 staff from many nationalities with diverse skills and backgrounds.

The Group aims to be the leading partner in the field of integrated facility management solutions in Qatar and the region and to have the company’s name be synonymous with world class facilities management.

The Group offers a total Facilities Management solution and presents a unified delivery all under one roof to meet and exceed client expectations while being a major enabler in the Qatar National Vision 2030.

    CEO

    He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, having already earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the American University of Beirut.
    Mr. Semaan has a track record in executive management with over 20 years of experience driving growth and profitability while maintaining and ensuring customer satisfaction in win-win relationships.

    Hussein Abbas

    COO

    He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Lebanese University in Beirut and an EMBA from ESCP Business School.
    Mr. Abbas is an experienced Facilities Management Executive with over 20 years of successfully navigating FM companies through their growth roadmaps due to his experience in all facets of the sector.


    John Khan

    Group HR Director

    He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University as well as a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management.
    Mr. Khan’s 20 years of experience led him through global operations in international companies in the UK, the UAE, and in Qatar and has a track record of successfully translating commercial objectives into effective people strategies.
